The company is managed by three high caliber retired Naval Officers, namely Commander Andrew Kwayisi Amoako, Lt Commander Victor Odame and Lt Commander Sammy Elliot Hagan, with the requisite qualification in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering and Electrical/Electronic Engineering respectively.

The Managing Director – Cdr Amoako is an experience Nautical Officer by profession who has held command in various Ghana Navy Vessels. He also holds a Masters Degree in Maritime Safety Administration from the World Maritime University, Malmo

The Technical Director – Lt Cdr Odame is Marine Engineer by profession who has served as Marine Engineer Officer on board various Ghana Navy Ships as well as Chief Engineer on board Oil Tankers after his Naval career

Lt Cdr Hagan is an Electrical/Electronics Engineer and doubles as the Director of Administration
